This online version of our flagship in-person offering is a 5 session series exploring basic anatomy, the relationship between muscle activation & release, general alignment principles, kinetic movement patterns, & perception vs. reality
Students receive an online version of the course material delivered during our in~person offering & start with a 1:1 review. Your newly gained knowledge is then reinforced through practical application with 4 x 1:1 ~ 45 minute online private classes with Venice
This delivery method is only available to residents outside the Okanagan Valley
