INVERSION IMMERSION
Headstands … handstands … arm balances???? If the idea of going upside down excites you like it does me … you NEED this series!!! Starting from the ground up – LITERALLY – in this offering we will build a deep understanding of all things required for a strong … SAFE … inversion practice. Each session has a 60 minute workshop component followed by a 60 minute yoga practice. Sessions are delivered 1 x / week, every 2nd week over a 12 week period. PREREQUISITE: PRECISION = POWER SERIES – Level 1
LEVEL 1
This multi-level progression session program has been carefully created to teach you how to build power through mindful, precise movement. Each session has a 60 minute workshop component where we break down key principles of strength, mobility, alignment and movement patterns. The workshop session is followed by a 60 minute yoga practice where we integrate the principles learned in the workshop.
My intention when creating this series program is arming you with information and understanding to practically apply and transform your life!

Over the nearly 30 years I have been a personal trainer, life coach and yoga teacher, my #1 take away is that achieving change is not a singularly focussed exercise. Most clients arrive at our intake session believing they want to “lose weight” … or “get fit” … or “be stronger”. The reality is that with little exception, what most of them are really searching for is a reality different from the one they are currently experiencing.
The Reality Architect Program has been very carefully crafted over my 30 year career to direct & support you through the journey of (re)defining your life! For sure … the low hanging fruit is usually nutrition and a physical activity program developed from individual, personal goals with respect to body composition and overall lifestyle. The REALITY of committing to the process of change, however, are revelations that surface when we start to pick away at those easy markers and move much more deeply into the concepts that are really holding you back from being the Architect of your Reality … aka … “Reality Architect”:)

We are passionate about hands on adjustments, the extensive use of blocks and straps, and being present with every participant in every shape.
